    • All payments made to TFACBE are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. By making a payment through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  2. Course / Class Registrations

    • Fees paid for courses, workshops, or regular classes are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

    • Cancellation requests made before the start of the course may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

    • Missed classes will not be compensated, refunded, or rescheduled unless explicitly stated.

  3. Event Registrations

    • Tickets or registrations for events, performances, or special programs are non-refundable.

    • In case of event cancellation by TFACBE, a full refund or alternative arrangement (such as rescheduling or credit) will be offered.

    • If an event is postponed, your registration will remain valid for the new date

  4. Donations

    • All donations made to TFACBE or associated initiatives are non-refundable, as they are voluntary contributions supporting our activities.

  5. Subscription / Membership Plans (if applicable)

    • Monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.

    • You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

  6. Cancellation Requests

    • Transaction ID / Receipt 

    • Reason for cancellation

  7. Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

  8. Exceptions

    • TFACBE reserves the right to evaluate exceptional cases and make decisions at its sole discretion.
